Don't waste one moment of your time entertaining THE NEGATIVE WORDS, THOUGHTS, or ACTIONS of others or your own.

And...Make no excuses for not doing what you know you should; especially when it comes to treating others and yourself with LOVE, APPRECIATION, & ACCEPTANCE.
BEING ONLY POSITIVE CAN BE DIFFICULT if you are concerned with what the world thinks about you being happy. If we are to be more effective and operate in dominion and power, we must move forward in a pure positive mental state.
You really can accomplish what you will. If you want to go back to college, GO! If you want to write the book, WRITE IT! If you want to lose the weight, LOSE IT! If you want to be nicer to your mate, BE NICER! It's that simple. We make it hard. We were given a "free will" for a reason. Let's use it more freely in ways that will uplift the world, starting first and foremost with our own mind.
