Every time you quit something, especially a relationship, it becomes easier to quit again and again! Most individuals never admit or never see the patterns of their life. Therefore, the cause or blame is always on someone else.
Most couples never gain or learn the skills needed to have healthy long layinrg relationships, which include:
1.) Active listening skills
2.) A genuine desire to understand the other person.
3.) To change how you are without changing who you are!
4.) To love without limits and conditions.
5.) Keep your vows and daily agreements.
6.) Forgive & Forget
7.) Treat the other person the way they've asked to be treated and not how you want to them to be treated.
8.) Communicate your desires openly versus expecting the other person to know or read your mind. 9.) Make Quitting the last option or no option!
10.) Have as much fun as possible and always staying open to falling deeper in love each day with your mate!
These are just a few things needed of an arsenal of tools to help you survive some of the ups & downs of a relationship.
But remember, if you keep quitting looking for the next best thing eventually you'll usually find yourself by yourself.
Until next time...
